Please note that HappyForks.com’s approach has not been reviewed by the Food and Drug Administration.
Their method does not take into account all permutations of food preparation. Any variation between the ingredients used and the available food preparations listed on HappyForks.com could cause substantial changes to the nutrition values. Other online calculators use different source material and formulas to calculate daily values and nutrient content.
Of particular note, when preparing gluten free items using proprietary flour blends, the nutrition content cannot be accurately described. Although we can provide an estimate with these tools using the nutrition profile of all-purpose wheat flour, this will not accurately reflect the nutritional profile of gluten free flour blends which are frequently made with multiple grains, seeds, or nuts.
